How are First Class chauffeurs trained, licensed and insured?

First Class takes the safety and comfort of its members very seriously. To ensure the safety of its members, First Class partners with the reputable limousine companies you have come to know and love. All First Class chauffeurs are background checked and fully vetted to the black car service industry standard.

Where is First Class currently operating?

First Class is currently based in Chicago, but is actively working to be available in all major city hubs.

Where can I download the First Class App?

First Class is available for download in the Apple Store under the name “First Class Travel.”

Is the First Class App available only on the iPhone?

Yes. Currently, First Class is only available for download on the iPhone. An Android version will eventually be available for download, as well.

How is pricing for each ride determined?

The earlier in advance a ride is booked, the better the price will be. Pricing can also vary based on the demand and availability on the dates of the reservation. Pricing will be displayed to you before making or accepting any ride requests.

How am I charged for a ride?

Upon your first reservation being made, you will be prompted to enter your credit card number. This credit card will be the card charged for all First Class rides scheduled or accepted through the app. Once you enter your card number upon your first reservation, you will not be asked to enter your card number again. In an effort to maintain complete transparency, all ride pricing will be displayed to you before making or accepting a ride request. Your card will be charged the total trip price upon completion of your trip.

What is your cancelation policy?

Trips may be canceled or edited with no penalty, so long as it occurs earlier than two hours before the scheduled pickup time. Trips that are canceled less than two hours before the scheduled pick up time are subject to be charged for the trip in full to the credit card on file.

How soon in advance do I need to book my ride?

Currently, First Class allows its members to book a ride up to 2 hours before the ride is requested. Future reservations can be made as far in advance as members wish to plan.

Am I able to book a vehicle hourly?

Currently, you are unable to book rides on an hourly basis. Hourly booking will be available in future app updates.

What is your late or “no show” pickup policy?

Beginning 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, passengers will be charged $15.00 for every additional 15 minutes they are late. If the passenger has not shown one hour after the pickup time, the ride will be marked as a “no show”, and the passenger will be charged for the trip in full to the credit card on file.
